**Data Entry Officer**

Allstaff Australia are looking for a Data Entry Officer who will be required to process documentation into Council’s SAP accounting system and Requisition software.

**Duties involve**:

- Processing purchasing documentation in accordance with procedures and Council delegations.
- Ensuring purchasing documentation is maintained in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Processing high volumes of transaction records accurately and in a timely manner; to ensure the centralised information system holds data in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Developing communications with suppliers to facilitate a quality supply chain service.
- Complying with WHS requirements to facilitate a safe working environment.
- Assisting the Team Leader Supply, in other Supply and procurement processing functions as required.
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving Council’s values and organisational behaviours
- Demonstrated computer skills including use of Microsoft Excel and Word software
- Cooperative and positive attitude to other employees

**Main Skills**
- Attention to detail
- High level of accurate data processing
- Previous experience with SAP software would be beneficial.

The role would be for a period of 3-6 months.
