Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter data into our computer systems and databases
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data as needed
- Ensure data is entered in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Troubleshoot any discrepancies in data and resolve them in a timely manner
- Keep track of tasks and ensure they are completed within specified deadlines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
