- Enter and manage data in spreadsheets or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data.
- Prepare and present data reports to clients or internal team members.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media data management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a data entry administrator, preferably in a social media or digital marketing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
