**What You’ll Do**

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Performance, you’ll:

- Manage multi-channel performance campaigns (DV360, Trade Desk, social, display, video, audio, etc.) and drive continuous improvement through testing and analysis.
- Build targeted audiences, generate actionable performance reports, and uncover the narrative behind the data.
- Support media planning, execute briefs, and work closely with creative, analytics, and technology teams.
- Ensure quality assurance across campaigns and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and tech partners.
- Keep up with industry trends and shifts in the programmatic landscape to fuel innovation.

**About you and your skills**

This is a high-impact role, perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, change, and technical excellence. Coming from an agency or in-house, you have 3-4+ years’ experience and are currently a Performance Activation Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Performance Manager, Digital Marketing Manager.

Importantly you demonstrate experience evaluating programmatic campaign performance across media buying platforms (DV360 & CM360). identifying key metrics and providing insights to improve future campaigns.

**You’ll also have**:

- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for A/B testing and performance optimisation.
- A collaborative, proactive attitude with proven experience in managing and optimising performance campaigns.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
