**About The Role**:
An opportunity for a Head of Direct, Performance and eCommerce Marketing has arisen within our passionate and energetic Brand, Digital & Media team. Joining us at an exciting time of change, you’ll drive digital transformation for one of Australia’s biggest brands.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Reporting to our General Manager - Brand, Digital & Media, you’ll be empowered to lead and drive Coles’ e-comm and digital marketing strategy to drive a step change in our messaging.

**You’ll also**:

- Oversee the ongoing development and delivery of the eCommerce marketing strategy that supports the delivery of eCommerce growth targets
- Partner with the Head of Marketing Transformation - Digital & Data to bring to life data driven direct strategies to improve the CX, deliver on personalisation ambitions and maximise share of wallet with customers
- Partner with the Head of Marketing Transformation - Digital & Data to define and develop foundations across Digital & Data to build maturity in Coles’ digital and direct marketing approach
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary high performing team.

**What You Bring**:
Degree qualified in Marketing or Commerce, you have 12+ years’ experience in marketing, digital and data roles.

You’re an influential leader who is collaborative and can drive change within a large and complex environment.

Coming from a prominent eCommerce, retail, or tech company (with a focus on eCommerce) you bring significant experience working with large data sets and audiences.

**You’ll also need**:

- Deep knowledge and experience in search and performance-based marketing
- Strong working knowledge of content strategy and social media
- Extensive experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams.
