**About the team**:
Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (First Choice, Liquorland and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. We understand what our customers need and enjoy—and we work side-by-side with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Strategy to deliver it.

**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for a Space Performance Analyst to utilise their strong analytical skills and provide the range and transformation team with localised insights that support key business strategic initiatives.
You will support the Space Performance Manager and be responsible for identifying and evolving current and non-existing processes and team efficiencies.

You’ll also:

- Manage the running of weekly, quarterly, half and full yearly Range & Space reporting, including KPI reporting and Range & Space performance
- Help develop Store and Category Clustering and build relevant scorecards/dashboards to share results with the wider business
- Identify areas of opportunity to trial new concepts through analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Track and communicate progress and status of Range & Space projects
- Develop and maintain the Macro Space Optimisation Model for First Choice, Liquorland and Vintage Cellars
- Communicate the status and risks with Range Reviews to the Coles Liquor business

**About you and your skills**:
We’re looking for a commercially astute Space Performance Analyst with prior experience within a complex retail or FMCG environment.

You’ll also need
- Advanced analytical and numeracy skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- experience in merchandise / retail is preferred (there is a lot of decision making relating to product)
- The ability to work across multiple projects, and with a variety of stakeholders across the business
- Presentation and influencing ability
- Proficiency in the use of space planning and floor planning tools including JDA, Space Planning and CKB will be highly advantageous
