The Opportunity

Reporting to Student Recruitment Manager you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are here to deliver an exceptional learning experience for students.

On a typical day in this role you will- Make outbound calls to all enquiries assigned daily, through a consultative process in a fast paced environment-
- Actively participate in all meetings, Open Days & Information Sessions and training when required-
- Ensure selection criteria and comply with Torrens University guidelines-
- Ensure the integrity of the admissions process by reviewing applicants against specific published entry criteria-
- Assist applicants who do not to meet specific published entry
- criteria to a Program Manager to assess entry eligibility-
- Offer enrolment only to students who meet specific published entry-
- Work as part of a broader team to achieve and exceed allocated new enrolment number communicated each intake-
- Proactively drive and engage in relationships relating to on boarding new students-
- Work as part of a broader team to achieve and exceed business objectives-
- Ensure all activity and communication is logged and captured in CRM database-
- Manage current and future intake pipeline to ensure students are engaged with events and on boarding activitiesThis is a permanent full time position based in our new state of the art Sydney Surry Hills campus
- Who are you?

To be successful in the position you will have:
- Passionate, self-motivated and hunger to achieve targets-
- Understand Sales methodology with demonstrated account management and Sales experience in a fast-paced environment-
- Experience working for an education provider and understand the Domestic Market is an advantage and a passion for education is a must-
- Driven by results and providing excellent customer service-
- Competent in the use of customer relationship management systems-
- Salesforce Admissions experience within HE and /or VET sector is advantageous-
- Exceptional oral & written communication skills-
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment and adapt to change-
- Successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets and alibility to multitaskPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. All applicants require current and valid working rights for Australia.
