Job Description

Join us as a National Course Advisor, where you'll play a key role in guiding prospective domestic students toward their education goals.

In this exciting and rewarding position, you'll create meaningful connections with students, primarily through phone interactions, providing accurate and relevant course information. By building strong, service-focused relationships, you'll help students make informed decisions about their future while achieving both campus and personal enrolment targets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build Connections: Develop strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrolment process while meeting service and enrolment targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Nurture prospective student pipelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Empower Informed Decisions: Provide comprehensive course, career, and industry information to help students make confident choices.
  • Resolve Inquiries: Address student questions and concerns efficiently, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
  • Drive Growth: Prepare performance reports and contribute innovative ideas to boost enrolments and support business success.
  • Maintain Data Accuracy: Keep CRM systems up-to-date with accurate, real-time information.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Handle feedback professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries.

Qualifications

We're seeking a motivated and goal-driven individual with:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets, ideally within the education sector.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach: Familiarity with sales and service systems such as Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities and a talent for building meaningful relationships.
  • Self-Motivation & Adaptability: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player & Independent Worker: Comfortable working collaboratively toward shared goals, while being self-sufficient when needed.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Openness to Change: Willingness to adapt to evolving systems, processes, and responsibilities.
