Company Description **The sky's not the limit at Nearmap** **Job Description**: As the newest Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) at Nearmap, you will manage the overall relationship with key clients and identify, progress and close new and upsell business to achieve their quarterly and yearly targets. You will also work closely with your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) as a squad on renewals to achieve assigned renewal rates. The CSM has primary responsibility for managing commercials for all renewals. This is a senior sales position focused on owning relationships and demonstrating value at all relevant organisational levels. A key element of the role is leading and coordinating Nearmap stakeholders in identifying and addressing customer use cases for the full range of new and potential Nearmap offerings. You will develop a deep expertise of Nearmap’s technologies, to provide advice to our customers based on industry trends and use-cases. - Achieve quarterly and yearly targets - Deliver accurate quarterly forecasts - Manage an enterprise account portfolio effectively - Develop and execute a territory plan - Design strategic account plans for 3-5 major accounts - Maintain SFDC pipeline hygiene - Collaborate closely with dedicated Customer Success Manager for growth and retention - Implement value-driven solutions for growth across all offerings. - Identify key purchasing vehicles and partnerships for efficiency **Qualifications**: - Strong Experience in Enterprise Sales experience in software, preferably in SaaS - Experience managing around 50 Accounts in a specific industry vertical with a mixture of existing customers and new prospects. - Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment of at least AUD $1M ACV in new & upsell revenue. - Ability to lead extended teams consisting of solution engineers & customer success Additional Information **Why you'll love working at Nearmap**: We move fast and work smart; often wearing multiple hats.
