**Job Description**:
Join this highly successful team Mid-Market Account Manager's are responsible for ensuring Nearmap extracts maximum value from all engagements with existing customers, while maintaining the retention rate and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The primary focus of this role will be revenue growth and retention amongst a portfolio of key current accounts.
- Building on existing relationships to extend reach within an account.
- Ensuring maximum contract length for all contract renewals.
- Renewing contracts on time and by key deadlines.
- Setting and monitoring clear objectives for when each customer will be renewed.
- Generating suitably commercial deals that are in line with established product pricing and discounts.
- Delegating day-to-day customer support and other tasks to appropriate internal teams, ensuring customer queries are responded to.
- Acting promptly on any upsell opportunities delegated by Regional Sales Management.
- Constantly looking for and identifying upsell opportunities amongst current client base.
- Contributing to team objectives for upsell as well as individual targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Client retention and contract renewal experience
- Track record of closing deals and reaching KPIs
- Understanding of SaaS/software or subscription model
- Salesforce competent
- Microsoft office skills; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong commercial acumen, proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Capable of closing at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
- Excellent written, visual and verbal presentation skills
- A good brand ambassador
- Positive and energetic
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative
