**About the role**

As an Enterprise Partnerships Manager you will play a crucial role in building long term partnerships and forming enterprise relationships with commercial property landlords; driving rapid revenue growth by selling subscriptions to our Inspace Stack platform and range of complimentary visualisation services; partner across teams to ensure effective enterprise account management and delivery of Inspace services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Activate, engage, and grow enterprise accounts through proactive relationship building and lead generation.
- Create and implement account growth plans alongside the CEO/VP Sales to deepen customer relationships and increase our Stack subscription base.
- Partner with the Customer Success teams to oversee product engagement, up-sell opportunities, and renewals for enterprise accounts.
- Drive demand and brand awareness by participating in industry and thought leadership events.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets by selling new Stack subscriptions and growing annual recurring revenue (ARR) through commercial relationships.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

- 8+ years experience in a sales business development role, ideally within real estate or commercial property
- Proven experience in structuring and closing large scale commercial B2B deals
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field (highly regarded)
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to problem solve and mitigate risks
- Experience providing quotes and pricing products/services
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Confident and comfortable presenting product demos to new and existing clients
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong industry relationships and build sales pipeline
- Ability to work and manage tasks independently with little to no guidance, as well as collaboratively as part of a team when required

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
