Collaborate with other Departments to:

- Provide management and direction of Design matters within various projects in the

company
- Assessing, reviewing existing Architectural related designs, coordinating with clients and

internal staff to ensure project is completed according to requirement
- Liaising with subcontractors, project managers as well as clients on a day-to-day basis
- Monitors the quality and progress of the discipline on each project, ensuring that production requirements are satisfied.
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project

supervision and documentation.

KEY ACTIVITIES:
Project Feasibility:

- Design / Development Brief preparation
- Area Schedule preparation
- Consolidating Site Parameter according to the local authority
- Identifying & Analyzing site strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat
- Research & Study to Relevant Projects as references

Project Initiation:

- Work together with Procurement Team in Consultant Engagement, preparing Scope of Works, Work Matrix, Staging & Deliverables;
- Design Consultant background check, and recommendation;
- Inter-Office Memo for design consultant engagement;
- Generate Design Timeline with Project Team.

Design Development (Concept - Detailed Design):

- Lead Consultants Coordination & Monitor the progress in terms of quality, timeline and

deliverables;
- Monitor Authorities Submission, Compliances, Code of Practice along the design process
- Internal Coordination with other Departments;
- Minutes taking;
- Prepare Regular report document & Presentation to Stakeholders on Design progress;
- Assessing, reviewing the Design Quality of the projects & Giving Input to consultants when necessary;
- Coordinate deliverables with consultant according to Tender Structure.

Project Implementation:

- In absence of the PM, help run and manage the site team;
- Assist in design inspection; Provide design solutions to work on site;
- Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion;
- Ensure that all materials delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications and the project's inspection test plan;
- Identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts;
- Regularly coordinate with relevant departments on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or nonconforming works or delayed works;
- Keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondence and records in respect of the progress of works such as daily work routine

Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Real Estate or Hospitality industry
- Architectural conceptual design, detailing, use of material
- Project design development
- Project management
- Design presentation
- Team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses initiative and drive
- Autodesk (AutoCAD), Adobe (Photoshop), Google Sketchup, hand-sketch

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
