Perth, Australia Premier Residential Full time

Premier Residential is an Architectural Design & Drafting business providing services for clientele in the Residential & Light commercial sector.

We are seeking the services of an Architectural Draftsperson on a contract basis.
- Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or Diploma in Building Design.
- Minimum 4 years experience within the West Australian residential building industry (experience with Perth builders an advantage).
- Experience using Archicad 18 & 22.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail. This is crucial.
- Experience with single storey, 2 storey & unit development.
- Good understanding of Residential Design codes and local planning policies.
- No overseas or interstate persons. West Australian residents only.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
