We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our progressive practice and a team of highly motivated and talented staff. We foster a collaborative, creative, and constructive team environment where our people can develop their professional skills and have opportunities for long-term career progression. **Professional Experience**: - Approximately 5+ years of local experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in small, medium, and large-scale multi-residential and mixed-use projects from the schematic to the delivery stage is highly desirable. - Familiarity with R-Code, NCC, and relevant Australian Standards. - Experience with design approval processes for major shopping centers. - Experience in local council negotiations. - Experience in construction documentation. - Advanced Revit skills are essential. - Ability to manage project progress, whether local or off-site. - Experience in managing external consultants and dealing with local authorities. - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure. **Education Background**: - Degree in architecture or interior design from a recognized university. **Personality**: - Passionate about design with excellent communication skills. - Eager to learn and committed to delivering outstanding work. - Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. Applicants must be Australian residents or hold a valid Australian work permit.
