We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented **"Architectural Draftsperson"** to join our team. **Experience** - Architecture or relevant degree; - A minimum of 2 years of local experience in independently managing multiple projects simultaneously; - Familiar with R-Code, NCC and relevant Australian Standards; - Well-experienced in Development Approval, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Tender Package and Contract Administration; - Well-experienced in multi-residential and mixed-use projects from small to medium scale. **Skills** - A Revit expert also familiar with Autocad; - Strong construction knowledge for residential and commercial projects; - Familiar with building material specifications and installation manual; - Exceptional 3D rendering skill; - Strong Photoshop and Indesign knowledge show advanced graphic presentation skills; - Familiar with using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Projects ; - Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure. **Working Attitude** - Strong passion for architectural works; - Work independently and also work in a team; - Working proactively and following the given direction; - Willing to work under senior's supervision; - Be open-minded and ready to take advice. - Committed to delivering outstanding work; - Strong work ethic and "can do" attitude; - Honesty and integrity.
