**Interior Designer**
**Location**: Perth

**Key Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- **Proven experience** delivering high-end interior design for residential projects valued at over **USD $10 million** in the past three years.
- **Recent experience** working on projects in the **United States** and **South Africa**.
- **Expert knowledge in Revit** with proficiency in joinery design, creating detailed technical packages, 3D modeling, and rendering.
- Demonstrated ability to work with high-profile clientele, ensuring discretion and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Strong capability in both **conceptual design** and **project management**, taking projects from initial sketches through to completion.
- **Advanced technical knowledge** of construction methods, including an understanding of the mechanics and physics of building structures.
- **Expert Proficiency in** **Revit** and **Lumion.**:

- Effective in leading small teams, with strong **presentation and communication skills**.
- A hands-on approach with a proactive and solution-driven mindset, committed to achieving high-quality design outcomes.
