**About us**

With Studio is a contemporary design practice with over 35 years’ experience in architecture, urban design, master planning, and interior architecture. The practice has a firmly established state and national reputation. Our medium sized studio is conveniently located in Northbridge, and our staff contribute to a friendly and socially engaged workplace.
- We exchange ideas and encourage open discussion through our weekly design pin ups.
- Our monthly Studio Session series are focused around both cultural and social events.
- We support you in achieving your full potential through regular 1-1’s, goal setting, feedback, and annual alignment reviews.

**About You**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional who can add knowledge, local experience, and capability to our studio.
- be open-minded, enthusiastic, attentive to detail, and have a strong commitment to teamwork.
- have a genuine appreciation for quality architecture, delivered through excellent documents
- be able to demonstrate the technical knowhow to assist us in translating creative ideas into constructed reality.
- Diploma of Building Design, or Bachelor/Master of Architecture with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (post-graduate)
- Experience in being part of an architectural team delivering a range of building typology and scales, from design development to contract documentation
- Experience in producing clear and accurate detailing and documentation drawings from concept sketches under direction from the Project Leader and/or Design Director
- High level of competency in Revit including experience in model management, scheduling, integration of Families, Template development
- Ability to assist the Project Leader during the contract administration phase
- A genuine appreciation for quality architecture delivered through excellent documents
- A strong commitment to positively contribute to the studio’s standards and processes
