Join us as Sales Specialist - Fleet and Transit for the Electrification Business area where you will be planning and ensuring execution of division sales strategy for Fleet and Transit in Australia, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and/or services in a profitable way. Reporting to the Sales Manager E-Mobility and this position is based in any of these locations - Fortitude Valley, Moorebank or Notting Hill, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating, planning, and implementing sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with global and local sales strategy. Achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency.
- Establishing sales targets for accounts and ensuring sales achievement through structured follow-up process across Fleet and Transit
- Identifying opportunities at existing level and finding potential new customers in Australia. Managing the day-to-day enquiries and logistic co-ordination of key accounts.
- Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluating data to ensure achievement of goals. Monitoring and providing reports to the Marketing and Sales organization on market intelligence.
- Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales. Participating on negotiations of key contracts.
- Manages ongoing costs, monitoring client financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar tertiary qualification.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a customer facing sales role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the EV charging, particularly Fleet and Transit, the current and future market for this product range.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
