**The Role**

The Sales Representative role is a phone-based outbound sales role that focuses on providing small and medium businesses across Australia with a simple and cost-effective solution to managing their freight.

Working in a team environment alongside other Sales Representatives, the individual will generate their own leads to ensure all potential customers fit the Big Post customer profile. They will then engage these potential customers to establish and then maintain relationships that generate revenue and growth for Big Post.

Our legendary team is made up of outbound salespeople of all ages, experiences and backgrounds.

We all share one common goal, and that is to provide SME’s all across Australia with a convenient and competitively priced one-stop-shop solution for their general freight needs.

We go hunting for potential customers that we think would benefit from our fantastic product, and we pick up the phone to tell them all about it.
