**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Start ASAP
- 830am-5pm (Monday - Friday)
- Full-time Permanent
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review & respond to claims from suppliers
- Liaising with contractors to organise jobs to service
- Maintaining records and ensuring reports are up to date in the system
- Assisting with invoice payments
- Ordering & Picking parts for technicians
- Despatch - printing manifests for drivers
- Outbound calls - keeping customers up to date on shipping / parts etc
- Data entry
- General ad hoc duties
**TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 2+ years administrative exp in a similar role
- Retail industry experience highly regarded
- Computer literate
- Ability to deal with numerous departments (despatch / service)
- Full working rights
- Must be comfortable to work across warehouse / office environment
- Able to work Monday - Friday
- Excellent communication skills
