**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Services Team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement in all areas of business operations.
- Collaborate with Unit Managers to deliver innovative solutions that improve workplace productivity and streamline operational processes.
- Develop and manage the organization’s administrative, financial, physical, and staff resources to ensure operational excellence.
- Create and implement strategic plans, administrative procedures, and operational guidelines that align with organizational goals.
- Provide high-level support for the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and cost analysis, ensuring sound fiscal management.
- Lead and manage a motivated administrative team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to perform at their best.
- Ensure all policies, processes, and procedures meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of corporate governance.
- Implement new systems and initiatives that enhance corporate services, the community, employee experience, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Represent the company in external negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums, advocating for new and existing programs and policies.
- Address complex resource management challenges, preparing detailed reports, submissions, and correspondence for senior management and stakeholders.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least five years of relevant experience in corporate services, administrative management, or similar roles.
- Strong experience in financial planning, resource management, and staff leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to analyze complex resource management issues and develop solutions.
