We are seeking a School Officer - Administration: Clerical Assistance to Sport to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy College.
The role holder should possess:
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills including strategies to manage difficult or stressful situations;
- excellent organisational and management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in an environment with some time constraints;
- knowledge and experience in a variety of computer programs including eMinerva and Microsoft Office Suite;
- the ability to work under both direct and general supervision including seeking direction without delay when complex or ambiguous situations arise;
- a high level of confidentiality is required at all times; and
- act with discretion with dealing with students and families to ensure that inquiries are passed to the appropriate person without delay.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
