**We have an exciting NEW opportunity to join our Team as a Sorted Administration Coordinator **(**6-month contract)** **based in Crestmead.**

**The Supplier Admin Support will be responsible for supporting Sorted Supplier Lead & Admin Lead in driving the adoption and transition of Supplier trade to the platform. This role will involve the active management of the customer adoption pipeline, maintaining the adoption schedule, including setup with access, approval or product, and providing end-to-end support. This includes regularly reporting progress to the Customer Manager and Supplier Onboarding Team and resolving risks that could delay adoption.**

**What you’ll do**
- Perform administrative tasks including catalogue data checks comprising of SKU data. Images & pricing.
- Onboarding and registration of Suppliers to B2B e-Commerce platform.
- Inbox and calendar management
- Manage multiple Suppliers contact points stakeholders.
- Collectively support the broader Sorted Onboarding Team as required.
- Play an important part in the execution of Suppliers adoption of the platform.

**What you’ll be**
- Experience in the administrative processes involved in managing product data.
- Prior experience in customer service or data management is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
