
Franchise Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Releaf franchise partners, providing support and guidance to ensure operational success.
- Manage day-to-day franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve franchise performance and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with franchisees on optimising clinic operations, patient care, and product offerings.
- Lead training and onboarding programs for new franchisees and their staff.
- AnalySe franchise performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and growth.
- Assist franchisees in addressing challenges, resolving issues, and implementing best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchisees to foster a positive partnership and long-term success.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven track record in managing franchise or multi-site healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of medical operations, including patient care and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple franchises across various locations.
- Experience in the medicinal cannabis or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
