180 Popcorn Australia Pty Ltd is the master franchisee of 180 Popcorn - a premium snack brand founded in Hong Kong, with over 25 stores across Asia. Known for its clean-label ingredients and bold flavours, 180 Popcorn is expanding rapidly in Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for a **Manager, Brand and Franchise Marketing** to lead all brand and marketing functions for our business. This is the **most senior marketing role** in the company, responsible for driving national growth of the 180 Popcorn brand, supporting the expansion of its franchise network, and **leading the development and introduction of new food and beverage brands** to diversify and strengthen the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

As Manager, Brand and Franchise Marketing, you will be accountable for:

- Developing and leading the national marketing strategy to grow the 180 Popcorn brand and extend its franchise network across Australia and New Zealand
- Planning, executing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and promotional channels
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning, customer segmentation, and growth strategy
- Managing brand identity, messaging, packaging, and visual assets to ensure consistency and market alignment
- Leading marketing support for franchisees, including local area marketing programs, toolkits, and performance optimisation
- Researching, identifying, and assessing new fast food and beverage business opportunities to diversify franchise offerings, and leading the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for these new brands
- Building and managing partnerships with external agencies, media, creative suppliers, and key commercial stakeholders
- Analysing marketing performance data and customer feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and guide decision-making
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director and contributing to broader executive-level planning, brand portfolio strategy, and business expansion initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**
- Demonstrated success in marketing, brand, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within snacks, fast food, or food and beverage sectors
- Proven ability to launch and grow brands in new or competitive markets
- In-depth understanding of franchise marketing and experience supporting multi-site retail operations
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and content development
- Commercially minded with strategic insight and a hands-on approach to execution

**Location**: Suite 2, Level 7, 333 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
