As our Franchise Recruitment Manager at Resolve Finance, you’ll drive the strategic expansion of our franchise network by developing targeted recruitment strategies, identifying key markets, and collaborating on innovative marketing campaigns. With opportunities to support the Resolve Future Franchise Program this role offers the chance to make a real impact while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. You’ll leverage your industry expertise to drive franchise growth by managing our national broker recruitment strategy. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their role, contribute their ideas and actively participate in our exciting growth journey.

**What You Will Be Working On**

Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with State Managers, Marketing and Operations, to optimise recruitment channels, manage initiatives, and proactively address challenges to meet targets.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to recruit prospects aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment pipeline, conducting screenings and guiding prospects through onboarding
- Leverage networks and partnerships to align recruitment strategies with best practices
- Deliver qualified leads and ensure onboarding success to meet annual recruitment goals

**Who Will Be Successful**

You’re an experienced recruiter with a strong background in lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic pipeline management. Your ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, coupled with your leadership skills, will ensure your success in this role.

You will have also demonstrated the following:

- Proven experience in sales, engagement and communication
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve business wide targets
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and able to act autonomously
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and similar platforms
- Understanding of Franchising and Mortgage Broking preferred
