As the Franchise Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in undertaking direct sales activities with Franchised hospitality businesses, uncovering new sales opportunities, and updating contacting information within our CRM. Utilising your business development skills, coupled with access to an existing database of Franchise customers and brands, you’ll forge the path to developing strong relationships and connections that will ultimately drive growth for SilverChef.

This role can be performed from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

What you’ll be doing

Drives Business Development identifying new opportunities in the marketplace, and handling and management of leads.
Manage a portfolio of existing Franchise customers, through establishing regular contact, managing relationships and generating repeat sales across customers and brands.
Build the contact database of prospective Franchise customers across multiple brands within a specific geography through direct sales, including cold calling prospective leads.
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintaining consistent strong operational
Effectively pitch finance products to customers, meeting the customer’s needs with suitable equipment solutions.

Skills and Experience

Highly motivated and results driven individual with a creative approach to problem solving
Ability to negotiate through multiple mediums to establish results
Salesforce or CRM experience advantageous
Self-motivated, driven and able to work autonomously.
Resilient and understanding of direct sales processes / frustrations.
Solid interpersonal and written communication skills
Team player with energy, flexibility and integrity
4+ years in a sales orientated or sales support role
Demonstrated understanding of finance, the hospitality industry, or an existing hospitality network advantageous
