**Your new company**

Iconic WA utilities organisation is seeking an experienced and passionate Change Manager for an initial 12-month contract.

This enterprise organisation is synonymous with WA. The transformation for both internal and external customers is ongoing, and an experienced Change Manager is required for these long-term strategic projects.

**Your new role**

As Organisation Transformation Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a team in the delivery of a complex Digital Transformation / ERP project and create positive experience for our people. You will help the CFO, the General Manager of IT and their Leadership Teams to develop their business change strategy and engage employees in adopting new ways of working

What you'll need to succeed
- 15yr+ Leading the OCM function in Business and Digital Transformations projects
- 8yr+ Leading SAP Transformations
- Experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing communication methods and instruments for large-scale change implementations
- Successfully rolled out end-to-end ERP and/or major Digital Transformation projects including SAP S/HANA finance transformations.
- Experience leading a team of change professionals and overseeing third party (vendor) OCM team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure effective delivery of change management for the Finance Modernisation project
- Build organisation awareness/readiness to change for each impacted business units
- Finance Transformation (S/4HANA conversion, standardisation, new functionalities, UX, behaviour, mindset and skill set)
- ITG Transformation for ITS (S/4HANA conversion, technical upgrade, new operating and supporting model, new behaviour, mindset and skill set)
- Impacted processes for other ECC Business Functions
- Managing Training and Communication efforts internally and through third party resources
- Define and measure success metrics, monitor change progress and develop strategies for any areas of resistance
- Lead team of resources for the organisational change management, training and communication activities required to support the implementation phase of the project.
