A prominent Western Australian utilities' company is seeking a talented Change Manager to join their team

**Your new role**

As the Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformational operational change across the organisation's software landscape. Your expertise in managing large-scale operational changes and software implementations will be crucial to the successful execution of this endeavour.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop change management strategies for enterprise-wide software transformations.
- Lead Change Communications and Training.
- Mentorship of teammates.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Lead communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Design and deliver training programs to empower employees with the skills needed to embrace new software solutions.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as an Operational Change Manager, with a focus on enterprise-wide software transformations.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Prior experience with Corporate Communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyse complex situations, provide strategic recommendations, and drive results.
- Relevant certifications in change management or related fields are a plus.
- Experience in the utilities or mining sector is highly desirable.
