We are seeking to appoint an **Organisational Change Business Partner** to join our People team. Reporting to the Learning and Organisational Development Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet their objectives by maximising employee engagement and fostering a positive acceptance of change.
- Permanent position, working 0.6FTE (22.8 hours per week) based in our Bethanie on Pier office in the Perth CBD. You may choose to work across 3 or 4 days per week if preferred.
- Flexible working arrangements offered, including opportunity to work from home / remotely.

**About the role - duties will include**:

- Create and implement structured change management strategies for projects and initiatives to ensure consistency of the approach to change management across Bethanie
- Support the successful implementation of change by working collaboratively with Project Managers and Project Teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Preparing for change: conduct comprehensive change impact analyses to determine the impact of the change on each stakeholder group and understand their concerns and expectations
- Managing change: including the development and execution of detailed change management plans
- Reinforcing change: evaluating the effectiveness of strategies used and collaborate on post-implementation reinforcement

**About you**

You thrive in fast-paced project environments and have a proven ability to remain agile and adapt your change plans and produce workable solutions.

You are a collaborative individual and exceptional communicator with excellent active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

You will also bring:

- Experience in a dedicated change management role with a demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to work with others by providing coaching and support to all levels of management to assist them as they guide their teams through transition periods
- Formal qualifications or certification in a recognised change management methodology or PROSCI certification would be ideal but are not essential
