Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders to assess and manage the impact of change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support for organisational change processes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful implementation.
  • Support the technology department in managing transitions and embedding new practices.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Change Manager Should Have

  • Proven experience in change management within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working within technology-driven projects or departments.
  • Relevant qualifications in change management, project management, or a related field.
