**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Strategy and Design team. This person will be responsible for leading the scoping, assessments, and planning of change activities for client projects working closely with Project Managers (Insight and Client). You will also be responsible for assisting with the development of Intellectual Property (IP) to build and promote change capability at Insight and be viewed as a trusted change advisor by our clients.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Working together with Change Stream Lead and Project Managers (PM), define the change roadmap and milestones for client project(s), and the required resource involvement.
- Effective interaction with S&D Practice Manager and Change Stream Lead to ensure delivery of change deliverable milestones to client expectations and satisfaction.
- On all change management engagements the Change Manager should own the proposed strategy, plans and schedule of activities and remain engaged with the client.
- Assist with client proposals and engage early in the client planning and solution definition phase.
- Support the Change Stream Lead in developing Insight’s change management capability.

**About you**:

- Extensive experience in change management strategy, planning and delivery at an enterprise level (5+ years)
- Ability to develop, manage and maintain change management plans and assessments whilst managing client’s needs and expectations.
- Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Proven change analysis skills with the ability to work with a client to understand change impacts and readiness and define and oversee delivery of change activities for the client.
- Comfortable with presenting and communicating to business stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
- Strong written communication, including production of high-quality change materials and presales contributions (proposals and presentations)
