Our client is a specialist in the supply of healthcare products for hospitals, aged care facilities, rehabilitation providers and also the home care community. They are now seeking someone with great attention to detail and problem solving skills to be part of a growing team with a great culture. You will report to their Service Team Leader who will mentor and train you to be successful in the role.Some of your duties will include:

- Coordinating with clients to schedule and execute the delivery of loaned healthcare equipment according to their requirements and availability.

*Scheduling their team of drivers responsible for transporting the loaned equipment
- Planning and optimizing delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Data management - utilizing excel and other tools to organize data and regularly update client information and track communication history.

*Addressing delivery related issues and communicating with relevant stakeholders to remedy issues.

**Skills & Experience**:
Pleasant friendly phone manner, good communication skills, and results driven.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Highly organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks throughout the day.
Ability to work within a team or on your own with mínimal supervision.
Genuine, enthusiastic, and results-driven with the ability to show initiative.
Ideally strong Excel skills
