Customer and Stakeholder Administrator
About the Role
ConnectSydney, a dynamic joint venture between Service Stream, Boral and Johnson Controls, will be delivering the Sydney Road Assets Performance Contract for the Harbour Zone in metropolitan Sydney. We are looking for talented, motivated and driven individuals to join the team who will be committed to delivering innovative, customer-focused and sustainable outcomes whilst also establishing a positive legacy for our customers and community.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer and Stakeholder Administrator to join our business. The Customer and Stakeholder Administrator will provide ConnectSydney’s Customer and Stakeholder team with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the outwardly facing community inbox, and assign actions to team members for response
- Maintain data records for project communication and maintenance work
- Support the functionality of the wider Customer and Stakeholder team
- Update and maintain Consultation Manager recording and closing out all interactions
- Organise distribution of collateral and information using traditional and digital channels
- Work closely with ConnectSydney’s Asset and Maintenance team to develop an understating of the network and team responsibilities.
- Support research and survey programs to provide insights on Harbour Zone stakeholders, communities, and customers
- Assist with the development of monthly data reporting
- Assist with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) milestone weekly reporting requirement
- Seek to provide a high level of customer service to bolster the organisation’s reputation and build goodwill
- Manage all data entry and record keeping relevant to the team function
About You
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Great organisational and prioritising skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Highly motivated with a passion for customer service
- Previous administrative experience desirable
- Experience and/or knowledge of the construction industry
