Troocoo are excited to be partnering with an organisation that are community focused and pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service to recruit their next Customer Service Officer. Based in the Brisbane CBD, our client is looking for someone to start on an initial 4-month contract with the potential to extend or go permanent.
The role of Customer Service Officer within a high-volume, inbound contact centre is multifaceted. This role will see you providing information and support to customers regarding policy and legislative guidelines.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the first point of contact for customers in a high-volume inbound contact centre;
- Transition and guide customers to ongoing use of web services;
- Maintain accurate records through assessing and processing customer requests and generating correspondence;
- Ad-hoc administration tasks;
