**About Our Client**:
A truly unique and exciting role This prop/tech company own luxury properties in and around Brisbane. It would be your responsibility to interview and place customers into these properties. We are looking for an outgoing and authentic person.
- Customer screening, interviewing and management
- Admin - Data entry / records management / task management / posting ads / lodging bonds
- Coordinating services for homes in the network, including organising plumbers, electricians, pest control, etc.
- Some physical duties like delivering items to customers within or helping to style and set up a physical space (bring your interior design talents)

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Self-driven and highly organised person
- The successful applicant would have experience in voice or face-to-face based roles such as call centre management, front-line retail, recruitment, or similar
- Good relationship building skills - getting to know the tenants well and put care into who you are choosing for homes
- Willing to 'get your hands dirty', or put on your 'big brain hat' to solve situational problems as they arise.
- Good sense of humour
- Authenticity This is very important for them and at the heart of who they are as a team and business.

**What's on Offer**:
This is a permanent full time position, some Saturdays may be required, where you would get a day back during the week. For this role you will be working at a property, WFH, or in the Office (Aspley location)
