We’re on the hunt for a **Facilities Co-Ordinator** who gets genuine satisfaction in providing outstanding customer service and supporting our internal stakeholder’s bank wide. You’ll be part of ING, who has won Australia’s most recommended bank for the 3rd year running.

You’ll be a self-starter; highly competent in managing a range of tasks including a strong admin fluency, well honed numerical & communication skills, strong attention to detail, a wealth of experience in MS Office as well as a “can do” attitude.

You’ll respond to staff requests received in the Facilities In-Box, covering day to day activities including maintenance, Security, Parking, cleaning and general staff requests. You’ll also oversee the smooth running of the Reception area, be on top of issuing the correct Access Passes to Visitors, and assist the Facilities Team with a range of administrative functions.

Being responsible for the Reception area, your role is key to ensuring a positive first impression is gained by all visitors, are you ready for this great opportunity?

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Managing & responding to staff requests for maintenance, car parking, cleaning & general enquiries.
- Processing Security Access Requests for Visitors, Staff amendments and New Starters.
- Understanding the requirements of each Access Pass type, and when they should be issued.
- Maintaining a high standard of presentation in the Reception area, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
- Oversee the New Starter process at Reception, to ensure a positive Day 1 experience.
- Carrying out weekly Floor Walks to identify HSE hazards maintenance, and general tidiness of the tenancy
- Providing back-up support to the cleaning management and catering administration roles.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Strong administrative ability
- Exposure to a reception role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Solid time management & organisational skills
- Strong customer service ethic
