**Your new role**

This Organisations ICT Services maintains responsive information, communication and technology services, including the delivery of enhancements to IT services in accordance with changing business requirements. It is driving a significant change agenda in moving towards a future based on the delivery of healthy, effective, and efficient ICT services.

The Group Manager, Intelligence, Investigation and Analytics - within ICT Services will provide strategic leadership and technical oversight to ensure all services adhere to their frameworks, policies, standards guidelines.

The Group Manager, Intelligence, Investigation and Analytics is the central point of accountability and technology leadership for the set of existing and planned products and services that enable common or related business functions and processes. They provide leadership and accountability for the cost, risk, service levels, and user experience of all products and services within the domain and play a key role in collaborating with business engagement practices to understand and prioritise optimisation, development, and service delivery against defined business needs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in leading an information and analytics technology product group
- Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and coaching a team of specialists, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience at a senior level in the preparation and provision of responsive, clear and concise specialist advice, recommendations and solutions both verbally and in writing through effective research, negotiation and consultation with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience and advanced comprehensive in-depth knowledge and expertise in developing, maintaining and continuously improving an ICT function ideally within the information and analytics domain in accordance with industry recognised frameworks, standards and systems within a large, highly complex environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills together with demonstrated strong written communication skills.
- Extensive experience in the development, maintenance and ongoing improvement of frameworks and processes aimed at continuously improving service delivery and the customer experience
- Extensive experience in the management of outsourced service providers.
- Proven ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction, and constructively manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes for the stakeholder
- A proven record of ethical behaviour and a demonstrated commitment to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, Financial Code of Practice, and the Organisational Values.
