Redpath Partners are working alongside UTS (University of Technology Sydney) in the search for a hard services focused Facilities Manager in Sydney.

Initially employed on a 6-month contract
- (view to go perm)_ you will manage x2 campuses in the Broadway and Haymarket area which consists of circa 400,000 square meters of state-of-the-art education facilities.

**Key responsibilities of the Facilities Manager will include**:

- Ensure all necessary plant and equipment is operating to
meet the service delivery needs of the faculty tenants.
- Coordinate, oversee and/or manage reactive
maintenance work to ensure completion and minimise
disruption.
- Actively manage contractors through effective
monitoring and communication and services are
delivered as contracted.
- Develop and implement a customer care and
communication program involving regular planned
meetings with key customers and stakeholders.

**The Individual**
- Mechanical or electrical trade experience essential.
- Experience as an FM working in the education, hospital or airport sector.
- Well-presented and articulate as you will be liaising with stakeholders, students and faculty members daily.
