This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated
**Facility Manager** to join a global business, working with a dedicated team for one of their major clients,
**a leader within the energy industry.**

The
**Facilities Manager** is responsible for developing and maintaining a highly functional workplace, which fosters collaboration, innovation and agility. This is a
**broad **and
**varied** position where you will be responsible for the day to day facilities, stakeholder management and operations of the building with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety and compliance
- **Initial temporary contract with a view to convert to permanent**:

- **Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week**:

- **Paying: $45-$50 p/h + super**:

- You will work in a collaborative environment with flexibility and the exposure to a Global firm.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain all facets of building facilities and ensure they are fully operational and compliant at all times.
- Manage the day to day building vendor relationships
- Ensure all escalations are effectively managed and promptly resolved
- Drive contractor management for all essential services
- Maintain a current knowledge of all of relevant legislation and government guidelines

This role will suit a proactive, self - motivated professional with the ability
**to self-manage and take ownership** of their work and demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building experience skills. To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a
**facilities/building management or property management background**.

This role will be on an
**commence ASAP or mínimal notice period ideally.**
