**The Client**:
Our client is one of the leading Commercial Property companies that have built a strong name and reputation as a leader with the Facilities Management space. They are looking for a Relief Facilities manager to join there team, to manage a Commercial building based in the CBD.

**Your role will include**:

- Managing budgets
- Implementation of facilities management programs and maintenance works
- Support high quality, professional service delivery
- Manage Hard and soft services
- Ensure the facilities function is maintained, reviewed and operating efficiently
- Assist in the develop and implementation of planned preventative maintenance programs

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in Facilities Management, ideally on Commercial assets
- Strong written and verbal communication
