**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the Motion Service sales strategy for the Motion Service Division. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Service Division within the Motion Business Area nationally. Main stakeholders are your customers, internals sales and other internal support teams. This role can be based in either Moorebank, NSW or Notting Hill, VIC. You will be mainly accountable for: - Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database. - Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. - Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed - Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status. You will join a dynamic, talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product and service sales development role and a demonstrated strong track record working across End Customers, OEMs, EPC’s, and Channel Partners.
- You must be able to communicate effectively and be able to build strong relationships at all levels internally and within customer organizations.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
