**East Coast Drives Region Manager - Motion Services**:

Join us as East Coast Drives Region Manager for the Motion Business Area where you will be responsible to provide professional, timely, and high-quality service and support to ABB customers by managing and leading the local Drives Workshop and Field Service Engineers to achieve their individual targets. Your focus will also be to deliver and exceed the financial, quality, Safety, development, and retention targets. This position is located in Moorebank and will report to the Motion Services Division Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Being responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations in own area of responsibility
- Ensuring a safe work environment and continuous improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance throughout the service organization
- Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates. Improving service availability, providing training, and developing capabilities and competencies
- Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the East Coast service operations through collaboration with other businesses
- Executing service and sales channel strategy within own area of responsibility. Implementing productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration
- Ensuring customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in responsibility. Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.)
- Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction
- Driving continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in the own area of responsibility

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a Service environment
- Experience in SAP and Sales Force is an added advantage
- Experience in the delivery of service agreements
- Demonstrated experience in operation excellence of service engineers.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent time management skills and be an excellent communicator
