**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business in our **Bibra Lake** team in a 6-month fixed term as a **Customer Service Officer**. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of steel and aluminium product, processing and service solutions. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

**What Will You Do?**

***Being the face of BlueScope for our customers, you will:

- follow-up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are me
- nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities
- resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
