We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Customer Service and Sales Representative for our client who are a packaging company based SOR.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with customers on their orders and ensure that all requests are handled in a professional manner
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer service and sales processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Assist in developing new sales strategies and initiative
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist in the development of promotional material
- Generate reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction

To be successful you will have:

- Prior experience in Sales and Customer service
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Australian drivers license
