**Customer Services Officer**

**Frontline Human Resources** a privately own company established in 2001 and has a legacy of creating opportunities for companies and workers. Australian owned and operated, FHR has branches in Perth, Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. With remote teams and a huge database of contingent workers, we have scope to support projects and clients nationwide.

**What you will bring**:

- Outstanding Customer service experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ability to understand and use the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- A 'can do’ attitude focused on delivering outcomes
- Professional and positive attitude
- Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle difficult calls
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy skills

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provision of excellent customer service
- Administrative duties such as quoting and invoicing
- Labelling according to quality and regulatory requirements
- Provide accurate and timely advice to customers about the services provided
