The Opportunity IDEXX have an opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our fast-paced Distribution Centre in Rydalmere. This role is responsible for providing day to day leadership and supervision of the warehouse team, prioritising the daily workload and ensure service levels are met. The Team leader will also be responsible for inventory management, identifying efficiency improvements, training the team and supporting the Logistics & Distribution Manager. 2+ years of experience in a warehousing environment Exposure as a team lead or 2IC position within a warehouse The ability to influence and lead a team positively, bringing them on the journey Experience using SAP (or a similar inventory management system) and be quite tech savvy. Experience pick-packing and RF scanning A forklift license and a warehousing/operations qualification (or similar) highly desired. A ‘do-er’, as well as a leader A focus on safety and WHS principles. A "can do" attitude and customer focus, well organised, excellent attention to detail The ability to think on their feet and looking for continuous improvement. What can we offer?
