About The Opportunity

You'll find yourself at the center of some of Australia's most high-profile projects, responsible for making sure LOD500 as-built models are accurate, coordinated, and ready for delivery.

You'll be reviewing and validating work from BIM Technicians, tracking hours, and making sure everything is running efficiently, spotting potential issues before they become problems.

Real oversight, real responsibility, and real impact on every project. With the chance to apply your technical skills across Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, Aconex, ProjectWise, and Microsoft tools, while learning smarter ways to deliver and coordinate models.

About You

You're organised, proactive, and ready to take full ownership of BIM processes on complex, high-profile projects.

You understand how to coordinate models, track progress, and ensure everything meets the required standards and LOD500 as-built outcomes.

Reviewing and validating work from BIM Technicians and raising potential variations or conflicts early to keep projects on track will come naturally to you.

You thrive working closely with design teams, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and efficient delivery.

Improving workflows, reducing rework, and applying your technical skills to make an impact on critical infrastructure.

You'll bring solid skills in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, Aconex, ProjectWise, and Microsoft tools, and it's a bonus if you also have advanced Dynamo scripting, ISO19650 accreditation, or experience with electrical or communications services modelling.
