The Opportunity
In this role, you will manage day-today operations, effectively delivering, maintaining & improving Facilities Management services. Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.
This role will be based in Sydney.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites, while developing strategies and business plans.
- Effectively manage maintenance budgets and contractual agreements
- Conduct audits verifying maintenance is performed in accordance with agreed scope and are compliant with safety, risk assessment etc.
- Manage all landlord and property related issues ensuring sites are a safe and fully operational
- Be the point of escalation and provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors working within the region.
- Regularly provide reports and analysis of business performance to key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with team members and subcontractors delivering works

**To be considered for this role**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs with a good understanding of building systems.
- Proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports
- Proven track record in exceptional customer service and have excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and administrative skills
- Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
