Medical Receptionist

We’re looking for a reliable, warm, and committed Medical Receptionist to join us at NSW Cardiology in Darlinghurst. This is a **Full-time role (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 8am-6pm)** with the opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive and professional environment.

You’ll be the face of our practice — providing outstanding service and support to our patients, doctors, and team. This is more than just a receptionist job — it’s a role for someone who wants to **build a long-term career in healthcare**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcoming patients and visitors
- Managing appointments and scheduling
- Assisting patients with registration and paperwork
- Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Providing day-to-day admin support to keep the practice running smoothly

**You **must** be available **Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am to 6pm**
**Must have **full Australian work rights** - this role is **not suitable for WHM visas holders or students.**
